Leg & Core Workout with Dumbbells at Home
Jun 17, 2021All it takes is a pair of dumbbells and about 25 minutes to get in a great workout that will help you build a strong, fit & lean body. This is an awesome leg & core workout routine that you can do at home with just a pair of dumbbells to really help strengthen and tone your hamstrings, glutes, quads, and abs in less than 30 minutes.
To perform this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells. If you are a beginner choose a weight between 10-15lbs, intermediate choose a weight between 15-20lbs and more advanced choose a weight between 25-35lbs.
Part 1 of the Workout Legs, Glutes & Hamstrings:
Perform 3 Rounds of These exercises back to back then rest 30-45 seconds in between rounds of:
15 Dumbbell Deadlifts
10 Sumo Squats
15 Glute Bridges
10 Lunge Squat Lunge Combos
After finishing all 3 Rounds-Rest 90 seconds to 3 Minutes then Complete Part 2.
Part 2 for your Core & ABS:
Perform 3 Rounds Back to Back with No Rest In Between Exercises of:
10 Weighted Crunch-Ups
10 Weighted Sit-ups
10 Russian Twist
10 Oblique Taps
