I’ll share you with you my personal story of going through a very hard rock bottom, feeling totally lost, struggling with anxiety and panic attacks to finding something that not only helped me relieve those symptoms, but also helped me tap into a strength and sense of empowerment I didn’t know I had, and I’ll share with you exactly how I did it.
We will get into the science behind yoga and meditation and how it actually does work to require your brain, lower cortisol, and manage your stress levels, but also if you’re like me, and you don't want to sit still and prefer active movement how you can try out strength training and your workouts as a way to access all these same benefits.
