Have you ever felt like an outsider in your own life or ever struggled to find real connection? Delicata squash is a great starchy vegetable that is packed full of vitamins and nutrients, but I also love to roast delicate squash and make it a particular way that makes me for a great healthy recipe substitute for french fries!
