Burpee, Squats & Sit-ups Body Weight Workout Conditioning WorkoutJun 22, 2021
This requires no equipment other than your own body weight that can be done at the gym or at home. Sometimes the best workouts I have done to really work on my conditioning have been just being able to move my own body weight and multiple plans and at fast speeds in short amounts of time. You can do this workout for as short or as long as you want. I have it set for 15 minutes since that is more than enough (as you will see when you do this) to get in a great total body workout, but if you want something a little longer you can simply increase the time to 20-30 minutes for more of a body weight workout that will help develop endurance and conditioning.
It follows the rep scheme of 21-15-9 so it is fast and takes less than 15 minutes but will get you a total body workout. You will perform this as quickly and efficiently as possible treating this workout like a sprint.
