ABS TV 10-Minute Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells

With all the traveling that happens during the holidays and the super busy schedules of every day life, it can be tough to keep on track with your workout plan without access to a full gym. In this video we will show you a great upper body workout that can be done in 10 minutes and with just a pair of dumbbells so you can do this at home or even at small basic gym.

I am a huge believer in mixing up your routine and not doing the same things every week to keep your body adapting while also conditioning yourself in a lot of areas. Typically, I like to perform my strength training exercises like a circuit so that you are getting both your cardio training and your resistance training in one and cutting down on time. You only need one pair of dumbbells to perform this, but can also substitute dumbbells for water jugs. Just work with what you have! The following three exercises when completed back to back equal 1 round which you will perform a total of 5 rounds. Each exercise you will perform back to back and try to complete all 5 rounds as quickly as possible. At the end make sure to record your time so you can see how you improve in the future!

1 round equals:

20 Pushups

20 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

20 Double Unders (or 40 singles)

To get not only strength but also cardio out of this workout, make sure to perform as fast as possible with proper form so that you are challenging yourself. As you will see in the video, you want to make sure that you keep your core engaged through this entire workout so you are not only getting an awesome ab workout, but you are hitting your total body with each exercise.
