As you may have noticed, this site has started to take on a wholistic approach to women’s bodies, nutrition and lives…it is because we are complex ladies!
One day we are happy, the next day we are sad, one day we are focused and completely clear on our purpose and what we want in our lives and the next day we feel lost and confused! I tell people all the time that my brain is like a computer screen with 15 tabs open at once yet some how this is how I work and this is organization for me. If there is just one tab opened then I feel confused and bored. Can you relate to this at all?
Because of this, I have decided to start talking about all of these things we go through as women and things I have found that help me in my life work through them and how my clients have worked through them. One of the things is this big fact: Weight Loss for Women is not a simple cookie cutter approach of take this pill and do these exercises and Poof! You will love your body and look fabulous! It’s more complicated then that and the more fitness products I see trying to convince women of this the more articles you get from me of how that isn’t further from the truth. (Hence the creation of the ABS for Women).
Beautiful-Strong ladies, we need exercises that will help us target areas that women struggle with… but at the same time we all deep down want to feel beautiful and confident.
Then…we want food and we want to be able to eat more than 500 calories a day because we want to feel energized and fulfilled…not deprived and lethargic.
Then…there’s the whole mind side of us that is so complex and creative that seeks to understand this whole thing called the female body too and we don’t even know where to begin with that.
It can be overwhelming so we need to learn how to program our thoughts and train our minds that will show up in better workouts, more energy, better food choices, and so much more that we need. So after seeing yet ANOTHER fad diet out there or hearing another client tell me “I just want to be a size zero and just tell me what to eat to lose 15lbs next week for my vacation”…I made this video to tell you the truth and what no one else will tell you is your #1 Weight Loss Problem:
