5 Moves that Target Your Total Body and don’t require a ton of space. All you need for this is a pair of dumbbells. I recommend using at least 10lb dumbbells even if you are beginner since this is a total body strength workout and the idea is to burn the most calories while toning your entire body. You are going to do 10 repetitions of each exercise for 5 rounds total. You will rest for 60 seconds in between each round. P.s. the point behind this is to challenge yourself so if you get to 10 repetitions and you feel like you could have done 20 then quit being a slacker and pick up heavier dumbbells 🙂
Ok so here are your moves:
Squat Thruster (aka Squat to Press) x 10
Alternating Lunges x 10
Push-up to row (aka Renegade Row) x 10
Mountain Climbers on Dumbbells x 10
SDHP (Sumo Squat to Upright Row) x 10
Make sure you are using proper form when performing these exercises. If you feel like you are arching your back or using momentum to pick up the weight then you need to lower the weight of the dumbbells to keep from injury. This is something you can do with a buddy too and challenge each other to see who can get all 5 rounds done in the fastest time.
If you are not familiar with what these exercises are you can simply head over to my YouTube channel and check out the playlists where I demonstrate the different exercises.
