I have spent so much time the past few weeks with the How-To Exercise Library so that all of my online clients know how to perform each exercise in their workout with proper form and different modified versions that it has also given me the opportunity to write up workouts for you guys as well with videos on how to perform each exercise!

This entire workout can be done with a simple pair of dumbbells at home, outside, at a gym even in a hotel room! If you do this right and eliminate a lot of rest time you will burn a ton of calories while toning your entire body!

There are 5 exercises that you will perform back to back for a total of 5 rounds. Choose a weight that is moderately heavy, but you can still challenge yourself. You only rest when you have completed all 5 rounds of the circuit. If you have to take a rest in between try to keep it under 1 minute so that you are keeping your heart rate up. This will take under 30 minutes, but trust me you do not need to go any longer than that since I was feeling this after round #3!

Perform 15-20 reps of each exercise with proper form. For beginners, start with 10lb dumbbells, intermediate 15lbs and advanced 20-25lbs. This will target every muscle group in your body while working cardio into your strength training regimen.

SDHP (Sumo Dead Lift to High Pull)
Push Press (Power Shoulder Press)
1 Arm Dumbbell Snatch (Similar to a 1 Arm Clean)
Burpees (body weight)
Kettlebell Swing
