leg workouts for womenSummer time means swimsuit time which means your booty and your thighs are going to be out on display which is perfectly fine if you feel like a rockstar, but kind of sucks when you are feeling squooshy so the best way to tone your legs is to incorporate strength training along with speed in your workouts. The faster you move the more calories you burn and the better you feel! However, make sure you still keep your form even when moving fast. Quality of quantity ladies! What I would like for you to do with this workout is keep your reps high and your weight low. For myself, I used 15lb dumbbells in this workout and concentrated in hitting each rep with perfect form and keeping my core tight so I would like you to do the same. Perform these exercises in circuit format only taking a rest at the end of the whole circuit for about 30-45 seconds before starting again. Lunge Jumps
Sumo Squats

Perform 4 sets of 15-20 reps all the way through resting at the end of the full circuit for 30-45 seconds.
