It was an extremely rainy day and the streets were practically flooded so naturally I did not want to leave the house. Problem was I still needed to get a good workout in, but I had no equipment, could not get to the gym, and it was shoulder day. I am sure you have had a similar experience of wanting to workout, but you really just do not feel like going to the gym so I invited a friend over and created this simple At Home Shoulder Workout that requires zero equipment to still work your shoulders!
