A friend of mine came to me recently asking for ab exercises she could do at home that did not have any weights involved and would allow her to workout with her own body weight in her living room so I put together this video showing you 3 Ab Exercises you can do at home to target your upper and lower abs, along with your oblique. These exercises can be performed as a circuit or as 3 different sets depending on your fitness level. For more advanced levels, you can either increase the time or incorporate 5 or 10lbs with the exercise to challenge your muscles!
