The other day I opened my email and was flooded with questions about “What can I do at home that requires little equipment? How can I burn fat without going to the gym?….What is a good circuit I can do in just 20 minutes or less and still get results?” Well holy moly why not just make a workout for you guys and create a video! lol

This workout doesn’t have an awesome name or anything to it, but I will say it WILL BURN FAT, it WILL MAKE YOU SWEAT, you DON’T NEED A GYM, and IT IS FAST! Just like I tell my clients and all of my Bikini Body Program participants, the faster you move the more calories you burn! It is as simple as that!

So let’s get to it! All you need is a single dumbbell, single kettlebell or something heavy like a water jug.

5 Exercises you will perform back to back with no rest in between for 3 rounds total:

1 Arm Dumbbell Clean 10 on one side

10 Burpees

1 Arm Dumbbell Clean on the other side (10x)

Leg Lift Crunch Combo 10x

2 Sprints
